Thomas Winters is a post-doctoral researcher specializing in creative artificial intelligence at KU Leuven.

In this talk, we will discuss how to gain more control over language models like GPT. We will discuss the history and inner workings of these models, more effective prompting strategies to gain more control, and methods to overcome their limitations. We show how this can be used to accomplish complex tasks, such as generating humor.
